This is where you will find a link to change the name of your diploma in April and May.

*This form is to be filled out ONLY if you want a different name on your diploma than your name as it appears in Aeries.*

BEFORE graduation, please submit a Senior Final Transcript Request. Your final transcript will be sent by the records office only if YOU request that it be sent. All final transcript requests will be MAILED by the records office the week after final grades are posted in June.
