Prom 2026

PROM  INFORMATION - 2026 

• Prom will be located at The Vue at Indian Wells Golf Resort (44-500 Indian Wells Lane, Indian Wells, CA 92210) on Saturday, April 11th from 7pm-11pm. Ticket Sales are:
  • 3/9 - 3/13 = $105.00
  • 3/16 - 3/20 = $110.00
  • 4/6 - 4/9 = $120.00

• Tickets will go on sale before school starting Monday, March 9th and run through Thursday, April 9th through lunch.  Tickets can be purchased in the Finance Office (single and guest tickets) and online (single tickets only).  Guest tickets and linked RHS Student tickets can only be purchased at the same time at the Finance Office Only. GUEST & LINKED RHS STUDENT TICKET WILL NOT BE SOLD ONLINE.  If a RHS student purchases their own individual ticket online, they will NOT be able to purchase a guest ticket at the finance office.
• All RHS Prom Tickets are non-transferable and linked to your Student ID number.  You may not buy a ticket for another student. All RHS Prom Tickets are non-refundable.  We will not be able to give you your money back if you do not attend.  Please make sure that you can go before you buy your ticket.  

 

PURCHASING TICKETS

• Tickets can be purchased in two different ways.
• Option 1 - Online Ticket Purchasing (SINGLE TICKETS ONLY)
  • Students must log in using their 9-digit ID to the RHS webstore through the 5-Star site to purchase their ticket.  The link to the webstore can be found on the school’s webpage, Instagram biography, and on Minga.
  • Students must be logged into their own account on the webstore site using their 9-digit ID (located on their Minga ID) in order to assign the ticket to their ID.  DO NOT use anyone else's account on this site to purchase YOUR ticket.
  • Tickets will be sold online through Thurs. 4/9 until midnight.
  • GUEST & LINKED RHS STUDENT TICKET WILL NOT BE SOLD ONLINE. This can only be done through the Finance Office and at the same time you purchase your ticket.  If a student purchases their own individual ticket online, you will NOT be able to purchase a guest ticket at the finance office.

• Option 2 - Finance Office (SINGLE AND GUEST TICKETS)
  • Students must have access to their LIVE Minga ID.  Please have your ID  out and ready to go either on your phone or Chromebook devices at the time of purchase.  Screenshots of your ID are not acceptable.
  • The Finance Office accepts cash or checks.  Please have your money and guest pass out and ready to go at the time of purchase. 
  • Tickets will only be sold through the Finance Office before school, at lunch, and after school.  The last day to purchase tickets is Thurs. 4/9 at lunch.

 

GUEST PASS REQUESTS

• Prom Guest Passes are available in the South Campus Offices.  Guest Pass Requests must be submitted to the South Campus Office no later than lunchtime Friday, March 20th (they will not be accepted after school).  Once your Guest Pass Request has been approved, you may buy your tickets for you and your guest.  Your ticket and your guest’s ticket must be purchased at the same time from the Finance Office ONLY and no later than Thursday, April 9th.  You can print a copy of the Guest Pass HERE

 

ATTENDANCE & TARDIES

• If you wish to attend the 2026 RHS Prom, please be aware that you must meet the requirements of the RHS Dance Attendance Policy as outlined in the Student Handbook.  Your 2nd Semester Attendance will be checked before all Prom tickets are purchased.  Having 45 or more period absences (Codes A, C, & U) from the start of 2nd semester to the day of the dance will prevent you from being able to purchase tickets. If you have been suspended (Code S) from school within 45 school days of the dance, you will not be able to purchase tickets.  If you have questions about your attendance, please see Ms. Classen in the ASB Room at lunch. 
• Students wishing to attend the Prom must also meet the requirements of the RHS Tardy Policy.  Students will be excluded from attending Prom once they have accrued 15+ tardies from the start of 2nd Semester.  Students will be assigned through their Minga accounts to serve campus detention to work off tardies.  Once a student has worked off enough tardies, they can be removed from the No-Go list.  RHS Tardy Policy

DANCE POLICIES

• The RHS Dance/Event Agreement was authorized in your Aeries parent portal account when you completed your emergency release card. If the authorization was denied, you will not be able to purchase tickets or attend any dance until the authorization is approved in Aeries on the data confirmation page. RHS Dance Policies

        PROM ADMITTANCE

• To enter the dance, each person must have their Minga ID.  Your ticket is linked to your Minga ID card.  RHS students will need to present their LIVE digital Student ID to enter the dance.  Non-RHS guests must also present a photo ID and MUST enter the dance at the same time you do.  Your digital Student ID cannot be a screenshot.

 

NO-GO LIST INFORMATION

• Hey Terriers!  With Prom approaching, just a few reminders about the importance of class attendance and discipline.  In order to enjoy fun activities like dances, you need to do your part in following rules, attending your classes, and being on time to class!  You will not be able to purchase a ticket or attend the dance if you are placed on the No-Go list.  Click HERE for No-Go List information.

 

      TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Transportation to Prom is available via bus (school bus or charter - we won’t know until the day of) at no cost to students, but seats are limited.  If you are in need of transportation, please do the following:

1. Purchase your Prom Ticket
2. Download, print, and complete this permission slip:  Prom Permission Slip 2026.docx 
3. Find Mrs. Baker in room 42 at lunch to turn in your completed permission slip by April 9^th.

 

There is a limited number of available seats on the bus.  Seats are first come-first reserved as permission slips are turned in to Mrs. Baker.  Please get your permission slip in as soon as possible to reserve your seat!  Be ready to show proof of purchase for your prom ticket when you turn in your transportation permission slip.  Permission slips will not be accepted via email.
