BIO:
Hello Terriers! My name is Wes Cullen and I am the proud Principal at Redlands High School. I am a native of Redlands, graduated from RHS in 1997, and have spent the past 24 years in the Redlands Unified School District as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal.
Prior to my position at RHS, I was the Principal at Clement Middle School for five years, and have served as an Assistant Principal at Clement Middle School, Moore Middle School and then Citrus Valley High School. I have also taught at Clement and at Redlands East Valley High School.
I look forward to meeting you this year, and will continue to uphold the rigor, standards, and excellence that Redlands High School is known for in our community.

BIO:
Since 2021, James Benanti has served as an Assistant Principal at Redlands High School where he oversees athletics, facilities, and maintenance. Prior to his appointment he served for 19 years as the Director of Instrumental Music at RHS. During his tenure, the instrumental program tripled in size, and is still the largest co-curricular program on campus. Ensembles under his direction regularly received Unanimous Superior ratings at festivals, and students represented Redlands High School in honor groups at the local, regional, state, and national levels. Redlands High School ensembles have toured the west coast, New Orleans, Austria, the Czech Republic, Paris, Madrid, and London. He is an active adjudicator with the Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association, and a member of the San Bernardino County Music Educators’ Association, serving as President from 2008-2010, guest conductor for the Middle School Honor Orchestra in 2015, and guest conductor for the Middle School Honor Band in 2022. He has also directed professional performances at the California Theatre for the Performing Arts in San Bernardino. Since 2013, he has served as the music director and conductor of the Redlands Community Orchestra, an all-volunteer ensemble made up of local residents. Mr. Benanti earned his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in Education from the University of Redlands, and his Administrative Services Credential from California State University, San Bernardino. He has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Redlands, and California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

BIO:
Dr. Rachael Rehage, having been raised on a farm in rural Pennsylvania, moved to Southern California in 2000 when she was 16. Rachael graduated from Yucaipa High School in 2004 and Crafton Hills College in 2009. Additionally, Rachael graduated with a B.A. in History (2012), a M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction (2014), and an Ed.D. in Leadership for Educational Justice (2018) from University of Redlands.
Dr. Rehage started her career at Redlands eAcademy & RISE in 2013 as a middle and high school English and Social Studies teacher. In 2020, Rachael transferred to Redlands East Valley High School where she taught English and Psychology. During her time as a teacher, Rachael served as an induction coach to support new teachers, and was a program lead for RUSD’s credit recovery program. Dr. Rehage also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands School of Education from 2018-2022. In 2023, after ten years of teaching, Rachael became an administrator at Redlands High School.
Rachael lives in Redlands with her husband Evan, also an RUSD employee, and her daughter Emma, a product of RUSD schools. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends and reading.

BIO:
Vincent Gutierrez grew up in Los Angeles, California. As a high school student, he was honored with the Los Angeles Unified ROP Student of the Year Award, which helped him pursue higher education. Mr. Gutierrez graduated from Cerritos College, California State University Long Beach with two B.A. Degrees in English and Latino Studies as well as completing the teacher credential program, and his master's degree from San Jose State in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Gutierrez has over 15 years of experience in education. As a teacher, Mr. Gutierrez was an English and English Language Development (ELD) teacher at secondary schools. He has served as an assistant principal for over seven years at three different high schools: Ann Sobrato, Chino High, and Redlands High School.
At Redlands High School, Mr. Gutierrez oversees Athletics and Facilities and works with ASB, Link Crew, Yearbook, Mock Trial, Speech, and AcaDec.
