BIO:
Hello Terriers! My name is Wes Cullen and I am the proud Principal at Redlands High School. I am a native of Redlands, graduated from RHS in 1997, and have spent the past 24 years in the Redlands Unified School District as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal.
Prior to my position at RHS, I was the Principal at Clement Middle School for five years, and have served as an Assistant Principal at Clement Middle School, Moore Middle School and then Citrus Valley High School. I have also taught at Clement and at Redlands East Valley High School.
I look forward to meeting you this year, and will continue to uphold the rigor, standards, and excellence that Redlands High School is known for in our community.

BIO:
Dr. Britta Davidson is proud to join Redlands High School as Assistant Principal, where she oversees athletics, facilities, and student activities. A lifelong local of Yucaipa and Redlands, Dr. Davidson is passionate about giving back to the communities that shaped her.
Before joining Redlands High, Dr. Davidson served as a Special Education Coordinator in both Redlands Unified and Burbank Unified School Districts, supporting inclusive programs across multiple schools. She also brings experience as both a general education and special education teacher, giving her a well-rounded understanding of classroom needs and instructional leadership.
She is thrilled to be part of Terrier Country and looks forward to helping foster a positive, spirited, and inclusive school culture at Redlands High School.

Bio:
Ms. Jennifer Moon is an Assistant Principal at Redlands High School, where she oversees Instruction, Assessments, and Student Programs. She earned a B.A. in English with a minor in Education from the University of California, Irvine (2011) and an M.A. in Education from the University of California, Los Angeles (2014).
Ms. Moon began her teaching career as a part-time English 7 Honors teacher at Beattie Middle School from 2013 to 2015 before transferring to Citrus Valley High School as a full-time English 11 teacher. From 2015 to 2025, she taught different courses throughout her tenure, including English 11, English 11 Inclusion, AP Language and Composition, Yearbook, and Credit Recovery. An avid traveler, Ms. Moon led EF Tour trips to nine countries between 2018 and 2023. In 2023, she became the Credit Recovery Lead for Redlands Unified School District, and in 2024, she also served as the WASC Coordinator at Citrus Valley High School.
After more than a decade in the classroom, Ms. Moon served as an Administrative Designee at CVHS before transitioning to Redlands High School as an Assistant Principal.
Ms. Moon is proud to be a Terrier and to serve the Redlands community.

BIO:
Dr. Rachael Rehage, having been raised on a farm in rural Pennsylvania, moved to Southern California in 2000 when she was 16. Rachael graduated from Yucaipa High School in 2004 and Crafton Hills College in 2009. Additionally, Rachael graduated with a B.A. in History (2012), a M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction (2014), and an Ed.D. in Leadership for Educational Justice (2018) from University of Redlands.
Dr. Rehage started her career at Redlands eAcademy & RISE in 2013 as a middle and high school English and Social Studies teacher. In 2020, Rachael transferred to Redlands East Valley High School where she taught English and Psychology. During her time as a teacher, Rachael served as an induction coach to support new teachers, and was a program lead for RUSD’s credit recovery program. Dr. Rehage also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands School of Education from 2018-2022. In 2023, after ten years of teaching, Rachael became an administrator at Redlands High School.
Rachael lives in Redlands with her husband Evan, also an RUSD employee, and her daughter Emma, a product of RUSD schools. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends and reading.
