IMPORTANT INFO FOR POTENTIAL TRANSFER STUDENTS

If a student has applied for a transfer (inter- or intra-district) and tries out/auditions for a team or program at the new school, that tryout/audition may take place prior to their transfer being approved or denied to that new school.

If your student makes the team or program at the new school, it will have no bearing on acceptance of the student transfer.  Transfers are based solely on space availability, student attendance, behavior, and grades.

Also, it is recommended that students NOT purchase uniform/equipment or materials related to the new school’s team or program prior to being notified that their transfer has been approved.  Making this purchase is at your own risk, as neither the school, nor the team nor program will be responsible for reimbursement if your student’s transfer is denied.

Complete RUSD transfer polices can be found online here...

There were over 1,500 individual students competing this weekend, and our group of 38 students took home 36 trophies.

RHS REACHES API OF 801!!

The Redlands High School administration would like to recognize the tremendous efforts of faculty, students, parents and our educational community for achieving an API score of 801. This score is derived from a combination of state tests which include the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) and California Standards Tests (CST). We are one of only six comprehensive high schools in the county to reach 800.Redlands High student increased their proficiency levels in 12 out of 14 CST tests. Over 90% of RHS 10th graders passed the CAHSEE in their first try.

Students and parents have embodied an academic culture on campus through dedication and hard work for their studies.  Redlands High School teachers and staff are committed to providing the highest quality educational program for our students, and this is one of many important benchmarks to show student progress toward our mission. We thank you for your continual support and look forward to on-going, future academic successes.
